New submission because I don't feel like replacing the old one. 
As the title defined, her status is an Empress, so she is allowed to wear the forbidden colour reserved for the Empress (koki-murasaki, used on the Karaginu), her folding fan/Sensu consists of 25 folds and her train/Mo is printed. She is also allowed to wear clothes made from figured silk. Following standards of beauty of her time, her face is painted white with Oshiroi and her eyebrows are plucked and painted high on her forehead (this practice is called Hikimayu).
