Here's another one of Clara's friends!

Heather, In the movie, she started off as rude to Clara and her friends. But after she was saved by Clara from when Mojo Jojo's short takeover, Heather becomes nicer to the group and joins her gang. She's the second richest person in town after Morbucks.
