Description
FLEURBELLA, the Flycatcher Pokémon. FLEURBELLA has numerous interesting ways of capturing prey. It may surprise its target by suddenly dropping from above it, trapping the poor prey inside its body and SWALLOWing it whole. It can use a combination of SWEET SCENT and AROMATHERAPY to entice victims to its traps. Its pair of vines has a number of uses, too. They can be used to trap, defend, and even attack with a wicked DOUBLE HIT, or trick the foe to trade items with a very quick SWITCHEROO.
Name Origin: FLEUR [French for 'flower'], BELL, BELLA [Spanish for 'beautiful']
Type: Grass / Dark
Ability: Intimidate
Evolution: Bellsprout ---Level 21---> Weepinbell ---Dim Stone on ♀ only---> Fleurbella
Moves Learned: Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Vine Whip, Fake Tears, Switcheroo, Sweet Scent, Aromatherapy, Heal Bell, Razor Leaf, Petal Dance, Power Whip, Double Hit, Night Slash, and Sucker Punch plus whatever Weepinbell carries over to it; notable TMs fit for Fleurbella are Grass Knot and Fling, both utilizing its mobile pair of vines.

For a very critical reason, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all future
ers and
ers of my works.

EDIT 10122010: Cleared Dim Stone's description on how it becomes a counterpart to Dawn Stone: evolves only those that evolves using other stones, and makes that alternate evolution creepier. Dim Stone may add to or change the original elemental typing.
Finally, the long wait is over. So I present Fleurbella, my final form Fakemon alter-evo for the Bellsprout line!
"Ballet-sprout," "Snob-inbell," and "Elegant-treebel." The reason why I recreated them all and gave them specific attitude is because I need the Bellsprout line to show femininity since there is no gender difference among them and only female Weepinbells can evolve into Fleurbella.
In my Elegant-treebel's page, I mentioned "madamoiselle" and "Victreebel's alternate-counterpart Fakemon has 'bell' in her name!" These two points out that Fleurbella is a female-only evolution and the fact that her name comes from rather foreign words [madamoiselle is French for 'miss'] unlike the simplistic origins of Bellsprout, Weepinbell, and Victreebel.
Moving on, with Fleurbella being a Fakemon, I get to indulge in the oh-so-grueling task of writing again about this Fakemon's details, but it's all good. The reason for the Fleurbella concept is obvious: Gloom got both Vileplume and Bellossom, so I deemed it necessary for Weepinbell to get the same treatment, though this other evo is exclusively in Fakemon-dom. Also, the change from Chlorophyll to Intimidate is very much scary. Look at those curved eyes with a blank stare. Aren't they Intimidating?
But why the Grass/Dark typing? Did you notice the evolution method to get Fleurbella? It's through using a Dim Stone, and like Dawn Stone, the method is gender-specific. Notice that the Dawn Stone adds a type to the level-up-evolving user [Psychic Kirlia to Psychic/Fighting Gallade and Ice Snorunt to Ice/Ghost Froslass]. My Dim Stone only evolves those that evolve using other stones, too, but this alternate evolution turns out to be creepier, by either adding or changing types. In this case, the Grass/Poison Leaf Stone-evolving Weepinbell evolves into the Grass/Dark Fleurbella using Dim Stone. And being the trap artist that Fleurbella is, I decided Dark is the best type for her.
Weepinbell's leaves no longer function as limbs when it evolved into Fleurbella. They simply serve as outerskirt for the bell-like body of this Fakemon. It still hides powerful Razor Leafs, though. To compensate for the loss of 'limbs,' Fleurbella has developed another mobile vine, allowing it the use of the moves Double Hit and Switcheroo, and even Night Slash and Sucker Punch. It has an upside down flower on top of its head, showing that only female Weepinbells can evolve into Fleurbellas. This flower also allows it the use of Aromatherapy and Petal Dance as well while its bell-like body grants the use of Heal Bell. And yes, the pitchers of pitcherplants are leaves, not flowers, so pitcherplants still has flowers that bloom!
Stat-wise, Fleurbella is very similar to Victreebel, like how Gallade doesn't deviate from the values of Gardevoir's stats. Gallade's 125 Attack and 65 Special Attack is Gardevoir's 65 Attack and 125 Special Attack. They just swapped! And I follow this principle with Fleurbella. As a Dark type and a trap artist, Fleurbella has to be quick, so Victreebel's 70 Speed is now Fleurbella's Special Attack, and Victreebels high 100 Special Attack is now Fleurbella's Speed. Cool eh?
With the variety of offensive moves plus Aromatherapy and Heal Bell, Fleurbella can be a Physical cannon which can heal her team. But watch out, her HP and defenses are the same as Victreebel, so Fleurbella's better of as a hit-and-runner.
Fleurbella is mine!
