Giant penis sprays confetti to promote safe sex

When a man in a giant penis costume splashes people with confetti on the streets, you pay attention. This PSA was produced for Norway by the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education and its intention is to combat the increase in STD's. The campaign's tagline also fits like a glove. Translated from Norwegian, it reads: "Penis can surprise you." The 19-year-old dude in the suit, Philip van Eck, was more than up for the challenge, saying "I thought it was hilarious. If I can help others, just by being a dick, there is nothing better". So, there you go. Sometimes being a dick is the best way to get your point across. Spraying unsuspecting people with confetti to raise awareness about STD's. Brilliant. XOXO, Emma.
